I want Giesecki in the first. For no other reason than the last 2 times they took a TE number 1 overall, the were in the SB that year. I know, I'd make a great scout, huh?

That was a cool did you know !

right now, it doesnt look like we'll see Bell in Black and Gold next season. Going on that ...

1. Sony Michel, RB, Georgia
2. Dorance Armstrong, LB, Kansas
3. Derrick Nnadi, DT, Florida State
5A. Genard Avery, LB, Memphis
5B. Cedrick Wilson, WR, Boise State
7A. Linden Stephens, CB, Cincinnati
7B. Jordan Mailata, Rugby guy

WE WILL NOT TRADE HIM.....He will be in Black & Gold next year.....2019? Probably not

1. Harrison S Alabama.
2. Jewell ILB Iowa.
3. Samules TE/WR/RB/RET NC State.
5a, Settle DT Virgina tech.
5b. White QB Westen Kentucky.
7a. Wadely RB Iowa.
7b. Mailata OT Sydney (rugby player).

RD1 Malik Jefferson ILB Texas
Very raw but has incredible burst and speed.

RD2- Mason Rudolph QB Oklahoma St
Steelers get their future QB after Ben retires.

RD3- Kerryon Johnson RB Auburn
The f u to Bell pick.

RD5a- Tim Settle DT VT
Hargrave is definitely the starter but McCullers is the guy behind him. This solidifies the backup.

RD5b- Kenny Young ILB UCLA
Rangy 3 down ILB. Not Shazier but good value at this point.

RD7a- Godwin Igwebuike S Northwestern
Great athlete who’s just coming into his own. Perfect SS candidate and should play special teams right away.

RD7b- Jordan Mailata Athlete Sydney Australia
Freak of nature. Bring him in and probably ps him to coach him up.

1 Reid S
2 Rudolph QB
3 Burks LB
5a Adams RB
5b Richie James (cocaine is a helluva drug!!!)
7a no ******* idea
7b no ******* idea

1. Geseki TE
2. Shaquem Griffin ILB
3. Auden Tate WR
5 Kyzir White S
5 Avonte Maddox CB
7 Dejon Allen OG
7 Curtis Cothran DT

This is honestly a draft, if it fell this way, I'm trading back and getting picks. A lot of good players to be had, I just needed more picks for RB, and possibly a QB.

I am intrigued by Ogbonnia Okoronkwo

For the most part he can set the edge. Good burst to the QB, but not a finished product. Room to grow.

I think you can start him off as a situational pass rusher, And sit back and develop him. I think he is coverage capable.

OK. I'm goin' w a couple different directions to get what we need without wasting our 1st rounder getting the 5th best ILB off the board.

Two scenarios:

Assuming we will be moving on from Me'Veon or Goin' on the last push for SB plan or The Best TE in the 1st round SB Theory

1.(28) Sony Michel (most versatile RB) 1.(28) DJ Moore (Best WR w RAC ability) 1.(28) Hayden Hurst (SB here we come!)
2.(60) Terrell Edmunds (Hybrid LB/S) 2. (60) Rashaad Penny (2nd best, IMO) 2.(60) Fred Warner (Bigger Hybrid 3rd down ILB)
3.(92) PJ Hall (I just like this kid-He can line up anywhere one the DL including Edge with his speed and power - nice rotational player with versatility)
4.
5.(148) Genard Avery (VWs replacement) 5.(148) Genard Avery 5.(148) Genard Avery
5.(165) Leon Jacobs (project ILB/OLB with speed and athleticism)
7.(220) Alan Lazard (size and makes contested catches look easy - works in today's NFL -either get the catch or take the penalty)
7.(246) Jordan Mailata (Rugby giant to work w best OL coach in the game for future and if it doesn't work out, try the 6'-8", 345# monster on defense)

I honestly don’t think he fits into what Butler is looking for in an OLB. And I think second round is crazy early for him regardless of what team drafts him.

What is the floor with him, situational pass rusher?

I was thinking he was a late round 2 to late round 3 prospect.

Is hard to find those compete OLbers, but with this one we know he can put some pressure on opposing QBs.

I think Travis Laboy is a good overall comparison. Good motor guy who will likely stick on a roster and be a good backup and or sub package player. I just don’t see him having the ability to play in coverage which hinders him being an OLB and at 253lbs having the sand in the pants to play DE in a 4-3.

I’m guessing his name comes off the board in the 4th or later.

With his height I could see a drop. I think round 5 is the floor for his pick.....

The base mock on NFL.com is odd. For example, at 5a, he has us taking Poona Ford over Settle. I think, who the **** is Poona Ford? I look at the write up on him at nfl.com and they have him listed as pure NT (30lbs lighter than Settle) and projected as rounds 7-PFA..

Looking at what he has, i'd take Jefferson over Bates at 1.28. At least one of them could be had in the 2nd, and I'd do my best to trade.

Yeah, they’re all over the place with this mock. Jefferson is definitely high but I think he’d take over for VW next year at the buck. I double dip ILB but Young has some upside and might be a Mack. If not low risk pick and can go high next year.

Besides Jefferson the rest of the picks are steals.
