**** is about to get real. THIS pick is the one we know makes or breaks your team, so, I'm starting this thread right now. I put the over under at 200 pages by September. I'd like to start by asking for 10 guys we'll wish we would have taken instead of the dude we haven't yet picked. Thanks! ;)

in the third I think you can simply take the BPA which I am not sure they did in 2.
 
I'm tired of hearing about all these "character" issues. It's a load of crap.

So a guy smokes some pot. BFD -- they all do. So so-and-so is late for a meeting. Give me a break. They're young.

Geez, I was so unfocused, distracted and lazy I had to cram four years of college into seven.

People change. Well, most.

Tell that to Dion Jordan 3rd overall pick in the draft and sitting out this year.
 
I'm not saying that some guys don't have issues.

I'm saying the NFL peeps - with an assist from the media - have a way of exaggerating issues.

A lot of these guys end up doing just fine.

When the draft rolled around, Burfict was made out to be Charles Manson's illegitimate son. But unless I missed something, we haven't heard a disparaging word about him since he got into the league.

maybe the lack of leadership on that side of the ball helped with the decision making

As the Steelers have been loading up on LBers young some emerging some well still to be seen. On a team that lost so much leadership maybe the Steeler simply said no. Not necessarily my stance but I don't run the team....

Burfict also showed up to the combine out of shape and looked terrible.
 
I think DE Xavier Cooper could be in play with our next pick.

The combine is way, way, way overrated.

A lot of guys show up there in shape, and put up great numbers, and do bupkiss in the NFL.

It's all a crapshoot.
