The Steelers have lost 7 of their 9 games. This is perhaps our worst slump since maybe the 1969 season. Something is very wrong. The coaches are clueless. The defense can't stop the run. The offense has trouble sustaining drives. Conner doesn't look like the same player prior to his injury last season.
The good news is we are playing the 0-3 Bengals at home. Our leadership players in Watt and Heyward are focuses and charged up. A loss here would not only be embarrassing, but it would also lower the odds of making the playoffs to roughly 1%. Can Rudolph avoid a very slow start? Will the coaches actually use Samuels? Will Barron remain the red-headed stepchild of the defense?
I'm calling a win just because I can't phantom the Steelers losing 8 of their last 10 games and losing the Bengals at home.
Steelers 27
Bengals 17
