Doctors and engineers is usually used as a term to describe immigrants from India and Pakistan, because quite a few western countries have imported doctors and engineers from those countries to make up for shortfalls in their own education systems. The mass middle eastern entrants by sea usually don't come with university education. And interesting from the images, as usual, the invaders...oops I mean immigrants, are almost exclusively young men.

The Left tells me that they are doctors and engineers looking for a better life and necessary for our economies.
They would never ever live in public housing on the public dole and contribute nothing.
