It's obviously way too early to know, but I think the Steelers may soon come to regret passing on Jaxson Dart at 1.21. I really hope the wait for the 2026 draft pays off. But early signs are the Dart is going to be a good one. It would be even worse if Sanders pans out as a 5.

no Regrets

Yeah, he may be the next Manning, or the next Ryan Leaf. Who knows? We have passed up on great ones before, and have passed up on over rated ones, too. It's the nature of the draft.

Dart looked pretty good in the second half against the Jets' second and third string. I'd probably wait to see how he does against some NFL starters before crowning him.

We do not live in our fears, we have no “regret” in doing so.

Salute the nation

I've been wanting to start playing cool, high-quality slot machines for a long time, so I started playing on this site - https://beton.ua/ . There are really a lot of cool, high-quality slot machines here, which is why I liked this site and its service so much. That's why I was happy to recommend it to you! Good luck and take care.
Agree

Like it or not that draft will be no doubt be judged on how Dart or Sanders perform. It’s no different than us laughing at Cleveland for not picking Ben. Or the regret of not picking Marino. Then of course when we watch Mr Harmon get inducted to the Hall in 16 years nobody will really care about Dart or Sanders

Way to early to suggest this...

I was a fan of Dart in the draft process, didn’t think there was a chance he’d fall to us. Figured he was QB1 or QB2 in this draft. I did want them to choose Dart when we were on the clock and felt he was right for our future

BUT

I also assumed Aaron wasn’t a lock to come in as our QB and don’t value a Tomlinship as much as the ownership does. Heck I didn’t really even want Rodgers, but he’s here now so I wish him the best.

I would’ve preferred looking to build long term and if takes swinging at the next franchise QB a couple/few times just do it until ya get your guy.

All that being said in the Steelers current situation it seems they made the right move for THIS season as they
1) Got Aaron
2) Have Cam being a little *****
3) Drafted Cam’s replacement and started rebuilding the DL

Without drafting Harmon that DL looks really sus right now. Last year I thought they were crazy to grab McCormick after drafting Tackle and Center with the 1,2. But they had a high grade on him and trusted their board. Good thing they did because the depth was tested and he came in and passed that test…helping to secure that precious 🏆

I’ll give Khan/Weidl a little grace as they try to fix the years of neglect and poor draft strategies of Tombert. They seem to keep making pretty solid moves thus far imho and can’t be mad or regret that they are finally addressing the trenches.

I liked Jaxon Dart at Ole Miss and yes he’s looked good in pre season but as I’ve said before, can’t put too much into pre season.
I think he needs to be brought along slowly playing behind Russell for a bit to allow him to learn and adjust to the speed of the game.
I think when his time comes and that could be sometime this season, he will play well.
He has the arm strength, mobility, appears to see the field well, but the big one and it’s the one that makes or breaks most of these guys. How fast will he process. If he can process quickly making the correct decisions, he has enough skills to do very well at this level. He already had an elite playmaker in Neighbors so that could be a very dangerous combo.

Didn't he go pretty well before them and they had no two for the DK trade. I dont think anyway you are getting him. Next year when they have ammo maybe.
