Ridiculous .. Ben is still out there. Maybe they're hoping he'll get hurt.
Good Lord, Tomlin is scared to take Ben out. Such a tough talker and a big shot during a press conference and hes scared to take Ben out. Jeez. MT knows this game is done. He is chicken chite

Bengals shouldn't have their starters in either
Bengals want to embarrass the Steelers as much as possible. Doing a good job of it too.

would love to see Haskins and see what he can do. This would be the best thing to do with these remaining 6 games. Take Ben's looming shadow out of the picture and take inventory of what you have at the QB spot in games that count, not preseason games. See how Mason does with a line that cannot block its way out of a paper bag. See if Haskins can make some magic. But to continue in this exercise is foolish.
Right? Someone who can run has a better shot behind this Oline. And Ben certainly cannot.

He probably feels Ben is his best shot to make it to 9-8 and keep his streak alive. There is the respect factor as well...although he showed none toward James Harrison when he lied to him at the end of his time with the Steelers.

this is their Super Bowl. They act like punks on just about every play, but Im sure over the years, Steeler players have been just as punkish, so you are right. They want to rub it in PITs face.

They will keep their starters in for the longest I would guess trying to score 45-50 pts.

The next QB is NOT on the roster. The fact that he'd rather run our washed up vet out there, than try anything else tells you all you need to know about the roster fillers/waste behind him. I wish they would cut bait with all of them in the off season and start over with a decent vet, draft someone, and bring in a rookie F/A who comes from a pass first/RPO offense. But it's not happening. Unfortunately.

Shaping up to be Tomlin’s worst loss ever. Maybe Steelers worst loss since Lions Thanksgiving 53-3 loss in 1983, I think?

Lamar could break his leg tonight and we would sill be a 7 point underdog next week.

Steelers needed a whole new OL. They knew Tuitt was questionable so they needed DL help. They needed a starting ILB. They needed depth at OLB. They needed CBs. They chose to spend a 1st rounder on a RB.

I disagree that this is their Super Bowl... They are a much better team than the Steelers, and they know it. This is exactly what you're supposed to do to an inferior opponent.
