Did our equipment manager lose jersey numbers 90 & 91 for the game last night?

Cause I don't recall seeing them on the field?

Tuitt was ineffective, Watt was being held consistently on his edge rush...but of course, only one penalty.

Watt had a helluva time with their RT when he wasn't being double-teamed (he was also getting the choke hold on a few rushes). Not sure about Tuitt.

Watt was consistently doubled. He got pressure on Allen but this was the first game where we missed Dupree on the field. Highsmith also got into the backfield several times. Allen just got out of harms way.

Watt looked like Jarvis last night, only had one move and that was run 10 yards past the QB...

Lol Watt looks better than Jarvis running backwards trying to sack the QB.

Watt had a few QB hits, forced Allen to step up, had a pass defensed, and was held 17 times. Tuitt was the bigger non factor, they started to double Cam, Watt was getting chipped, Tuitt was one on one, but Buffalo went max protect and starting getting rid of the ball quicker.
Watt's worst game is better than Jarvis's best, can't believe someone made that comparison.

I also seen Hightower held quite a bit. LT had hands outside grasping the arms of his Jersey. It boggles my mind that a lot of lineman hold Watt around the neck as if they’re trying to do a sleeper hold...

Deleted the "looked like Jarvis" verbiage (as being a little overboard) but I noticed the same thing. He must have been told "Job 1 is to set the edge and make sure Allen doesn't get to the corner" because every time I watched him he used the same outside rush which was routinely countered by their RT and thus rarely threatened the QB.

I’ve noticed since Dupree’s injury.
Watt has been getting doubled. Highsmith needs a stronger showing. He has the athleticism.

I wish he would have set the edge. It would have worked. Instead, he ran past the edge every time. I don't understand the thought process here for Watt and the DC.

Tuitt has been ineffective most of the year. He'll make a play here and there in a game but his motor and consistency are terrible. He's never lived up to "the hype". Watt had a good game. He was double-teamed a good bit as well. Also, don't forget Highsmith got injured twice in the game, missed plays due to it and wasn't as effective opposite Watt as he could have been.

He is very good when he's heatlhy. He has 8 sacks on the season and 8 TFL. He also is a key component in stopping the run. I don't know what you expect him to do? He is an excellent player.

IMO...Tuitt was outplaying Heyward until his injury...

And heyward is having another outstanding season..

His stats look better than he's played. I commented in multiple games how he was non-existent for over 3 quarters and then gets a garbage sack and/or tackle later in the 4th quarter and then celebrates like he's king ****. I think Alualu is playing better than Tuitt. Tuitt is a good player overall but not worth what we're paying him. He hasn't lived up to that contract.

Tuitt has been terrific this year and shows up far more than just a few splash plays per game.

The whole starting DL has been terrific this season, including Alualu. Tuitt has one quiet game and he's all of a sudden ineffective, geesh.
