Eric Ebron speaking about the dissatisfaction of playing 3 games in 12 days:
"When we go to the Super Bowl they just better give us the biggest plane, the best hotel, the top of everything," Ebron said. "Like whatever they did for Kansas City last year we need to be 30 times better than that when we go to the Super Bowl because that'll be their makeup to us. They gotta roll out the red carpet for our *** now. They ain't trying to do it in the regular season. They're gonna have to do it then and we want it bigger and better than everybody else because they made us go through three road games in the middle of the year, and then three games in 12 days. And everybody says, 'Oh we have the easiest schedule.' OK, come over here and play with us then."

Tomlin will address this for sure. Can't get to ahead of ourselves as we need to complete the December football schedule. Ebron should concentrate on not dropping passes he should catch. Go STEELERS!!!
 
I told yinz this kid had a mouth on him. He gets mouthy with fans from other teams he has been on. I expect some mouth knowing that is who he is. I just don't want any player of ours talking SB until they actually get there.

I don’t. This is the same **** that sink us in the Championship game against the Jags in 2017. It almost sunk us this last week. And lest let anyone blame it on Tomlin, it got us in 1995 (under Cowher) against the Chargers in the AFC game. I think it also got us in the first AFC championship game against the Pats (also under Cowher).

On top of this you have most of the fanbase talking undefeated season, automatic first-round bye, and how are we going to beat Kansas City. I just hope the Steelers have the opportunity to beat KC.

He's a mouthy prick. If he didn't have the athletic ability he'd be bouncing from job to job because no-one would want him around after a week or two.

How is this any different that the Cowboys and Lions who have to play a Sunday, Sunday, Thursday Thanksgiving schedule every year over a 12 day period? Shut up and play.

Every team now has a game on Thursday each year. We were supposed to have ours on Thanksgiving, and it got moved. Same effect.

I'm still upset about some superbowl rap song the guys put together. Then we went and lost to the Chargers in the AFC championship game
 
Attitudes like that get your *** bounced in the playoffs. Ego and overconfidence.

It will be just another good season that ended short. You don't get a do over the next week in the playoffs. You get to watch someone else take the glory on the field.

I lived in San Diego at the time. It was a hard few weeks after that. Glad that they lost the big show. It shut them up.
 
Not a fan of this crap, there are no guarantees so take 1 game at a time and at the end talk the talk after you walked the walk

I noticed Vince Williams took a liking to him early, I sure hope he's talked to him. Vince seems the type of guy that when he talks, his teammates listen.
 
Tomlin himself should know all to well about this **** when he talked about a rematch with the Patriots during the regular season in 2017 on national TV. Then we lose in the first round at home to the jags

This is just dumb.

When you know what to expect & can plan; then get extended time week off;

The Steelers really had to deal with uneven schedule this year and no bye week—little wonder why injuries occur
