Steelers/Raven Moved to Sunday

I'm totally cool with this. Firstly, I get to watch the game now, lol...

I was scared Joe and JuJu might not play...now I'm pretty confident they both play.

Less chance the rats get somebody on our squad ill.

Let's GO!

The only thing bad is if between now and Sunday a Steeler player gets quarantined.

There isn't another game tomorrow that remotely interests me. I will watch only because my son is home. Unless he agrees that it would be more fun to prune a couple of trees in my yard. I mean, either way I am buying the beer.

I'm sure they'll move it to 1:00pm so I get stuck with the local broadcast of the shitbag Bungholes and Browns instead.
 
from NFL (FWIW)...

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported that the league did not decide to postpone the game because the Ravens would be shorthanded, rather that the decision was made due to the number of Ravens players deemed close contacts. The NFL wanted a few more days of COVID-19 testing to ensure the spread was contained, per Garafolo.

The NFL will pull a bullshit move and do 2 night games. I hate night games. If they pull that bullshit, we better be the earlier night game and not a game that starts close to 10. This is all about appeasing the Ratbirds. **** Goddell and the NFL.

This is BS. They would have to use backups and PS players and they didn't want to do that. The close contacts are supposed to be quarantined so that doesn't matter. It is total horseshit.

Ravens probably added another demand that Sunday's game is early due to their game the following Thursday

So hot take... let’s pretend that its week 17 and they cancel the bye week for some jerkwad team, and we are 15-0 and tge top seed is locked up... how would yinze feel about forfeiting week 16? Just giving up the undefeated season to give tge team a bye week?
 
Rooney needs to step up and inform the league that there better not be a single COVID positive from this week in that game Sunday.....PERIOD.

It will be interesting to see what they do with the game. I think the steelers ravens was an NFL Network only game correct? If that’s the case then I bet CBS or Fox will not be pleased with it airing against their games. Ditto for NBC Sunday night. Will they just give the game to CBS?

KC vs Tampa looks to be the featured 4 PM game on CBS. I don’t think they’d want to divide that with a Steelers game.

No forfeit, but you’d see Rudolph. Many of the stars would sit. We’ve seen this movie before. No one cares about 16-0, except some fans. As we saw with the Pats, it doesn’t really mean much -especially if you don’t go all the way.

Hell, no one even mentions the Dolphins in the conversation of best teams ever.
