Tomlin's decision not to kick the field goal and go up more than 7 points was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.

Should have been 27-19, as it was Dallas almost came back to beat us.

Maybe a lucky win like this, thanks to very stupid players on Dallas is the kick in the rear this team needs.

team was *** top to bottom today. Defense got no pressure. The offense was sloppy and ST play was abysmal. But, the decision not to kick the FG astounds me. I understand everyone saying the issues with the kicks, but it isn't like our running game was looking really strong either. Terrible decision.

Right. Dupree, where are you? Wasn't he up against a replacement tackle? ST play was terrible outside of Boswell's 59 yarder.

Tomlin has no brains not to kick that field goal. Like I I've been saying for years, Ben's comebacks save Tomlin read end and bad calls. A few months from now this stupid moment will forgotten because we won.

While it would be the (obviously) more logical play, take into account we missed two extra points, they blocked a FG and then he nearly slipped through again (Cowgirl who batted the first kick down). It isn't the dumbest thing Tomlin's ever done, believe me.

8-0 ********, enjoy it.

Agree on all points here. Coach speaks the truth this time.

Agree. We quit trying to run, even. Are we to understand that the entire ending of this game was dictated by some cowboy ****** who jumped the line on kicks?? We don’t have an answer for that so we put the ball back in their hands where anything can happen?

Maybe if the linemen would actually get out of their stance on kicks, they might have a better chance to block someone.

But yes, of course, out-coached. Goes without saying. Obviously.

Special teams dictated this nail biter. They nearly ran two back, we miss kicks and can’t block their kangaroo. Special teams is what made this close for Dallas. Also, I saw Watt lined up in coverage so much in the first half. We cannot ply teams with a plan to have LBs on WRs. This happened too much today and not due to hurry up offense. Dallas ATE the hell out of the clock. Lamar’s biggest plays we’re throwing at LBs too.

Glad they got this one out of their system and still won, as this happens to good teams once in a while. Although McCarthy had a pretty good game plan, Tomlin was not out coached. And that’s coming from me. I am very critical of Tomlin but he as been good last season and so far this season. They should have been able to get the first down there late in the fourth.

If that wasn't barring the really dumb onside kick, what was Steelworthless? If Dallas got lucky on the last play of the game, even your homer *** would be on fire courtesy of Tomlin's stupidity.

Happy with 8-0, it we pull this crap in the playoffs, its over.

Why can't you just enjoy a win instead of acting like a *****?

Worst part is, they have a lot of these in their system. Every week it seems.

Yeah way too many LBs in coverage. This was definitely ugly all-around. They can't get away with this **** w/ other teams so I'm really hoping this is an anomaly. And Ben and the offense have been anemic two weeks now, what the hell happened there?

This was a horrible game plan offensively and defensively, but we won. I will take it. Who's next?
