On the road for Titans, Ravens, Cowboys. What is an "acceptable" record? 3-0? 2-1? If they go 1-2 does the win have to be against the Ravens?

2-1. Ratbirds will be the only game that's tough.

The Titans are very good.
I would rather lose to them and beat the Ratturds.

Although, 3-0 would be fantastic.

I dont think the ravens are as good as people think. we can get to 8-0 and i wouldnt be surprised.

The ravens kind of play to our strength, but i am a bit worried about covering their TE. Jackson has been really inconsistent this year, but still need to keep him contained. Tenn will be tough all around. Hard to say what DAL will be like, but their D is very bad. I'm sure they will rely on elliot more which plays into our hands. I feel like we will lose 1 game of those ideally it would be DAL.

Yesterday Mrs. Fan said, "Maybe we should find a place and watch a game soon." We will lose that one.

Dallas is a dumpster fire. The other 2 are very important games for the #1 seed in the AFC.

Titans and Steelers are the last 2 unbeaten teams in the AFC, the winner of this game will be a game up with the head to head tiebreak.

The Ravens is for the division. A win and you are up 2 games on them.

One positive, the Titans and Ravens are running teams, and this D is built to shut down the run. I would not be surprised if the Steelers swept.

So far we have been very fortunate to play every game with the turnover lead, averaging 2 TOs per game and giving up 1 or none. This is another big reason as to why the Steelers are undefeated so far.

All three teamns are potentially tough games and should be taken one at a time. Focus on Derrick Henry, AJ Brown and Ryan Tannehill. They will be a load to deal with.
We know the slugfest we will get with BAL and DAL gives us fits for some reason, but are kind of a mess right now. Saying that, all winnable games, but focus on TEN. We can beat them. Have to play our game. Fast, aggressive and limit the mistakes. If they can contain DH, our chances are very good.

I would prefer they tune out all noise and simply focus on Tenn.

I'm not worried one bit about the Rats, let alone Dallas. Just focus on the Titans and come up with a solid plan to beat them. That's all I care about right now.

We will definitely notice Bush is not playing the next two games. I hope the defense can make the necessary adjustments to cover up that glaring vacancy in the middle of the field. We need to get Henry down within 3 yards of the LOS and not let him get 5+ yards down field on his runs. If we can do that we will have 3rd and longs to get after Tannehill and this defense will eat.

Tennessee is by FAR the most worrisome.
Dallas is a sinking ship and Baltimore is one dimensional.
Tennessee is playing good ball right now and look complete in all aspects.

If we go 2-1 with the loss being to Dallas I'd jump all over it. Even if it's Dallas it would be a non conference loss, that's the best 2-1 possible scenario

We could be catching Tennessee at a good time (for us). The titans will be playing their third game in twelve days when we play them next Sunday. I have some hope that the lack of practice time affects their conditioning and the physical toll of playing that many games in that short of a time adds up; especially for Henry. Also, losing Lewan to a torn ACL yesterday is big for them.

Just read this about Lewan. Sucks to see 2 Michigan boys go down with ACLs on the same day, STUD Dupree is going to eat next Sunday. They are going to have to roll an extra guy that way to help their backup LT and that leaves TJ one on one on the other side.

We need to stop the run first, which won't be easy given Henry's size and missing Bush.

Stopping Henry is definitely key. I'm hoping that two games worth of hits, etc. in five days and then running into our front 7 slows him down enough to put the game in Tannehill's hands. I don't want to see the same game plan from the Browns, but it should be similar.

Ravens is the most important game of the bunch.

Although its on the road, it'd be pretty disappointing to lose to this Dallas team.

The good thing about this is. they will of had 2 weeks of being able to put a game plan in for Titans. should be able to tweak the game plan they put in a few weeks ago.

With the Steelers being able to stop the run, their next 3 games are against teams who's strength is the run. If the Steelers succeed in stopping the run, they will win every one of these games, since all of them lack a QB able to get them out of 3rd and longs consistently.

And this is also where we will miss Bush running sideline to sideline. His recovery speed can not be replaced. The big fellas up front and Vince Williams need to get to thumping this weekend.

As noted above, we will now have had 2 weeks to prepare for the Titans. We better have a damn good game plan going into this weekend.

the titans defense has not been very impressive. They are going to have issues covering all the possible receiving targets Ben has available...

Shut down the run and see what happens.
