LOL....Awesome headline. SMH How about....Offense can't score when it counts?

Or write something about ******* Fichtner and his ****** playcalling all year long.

Fichtner can't call a decent play when it counts.......there you go. Roll with it.

Yes blame the defense.

The offense had 64 total yards in the first half. I don't think defense is the problem.

The defense is obviously not the problem with this team. They did **** the bed after they heard Renegade. Again!
They left a WR wide open with a 3 man rush and 3rd and 14. They left a TE wide open for a TD, on a play the announcers thought was "daring".
They got gashed in the running game a lot, but not consistently.... it's as if they need gashed like that to be reminded that the opposition might indeed run the ball.
They need a strong safety, a nose tackle, and a coach, and this could be a truly great defense. Is our best chance to trade our 2nd round pick for one?

7 points off a shanked punt
3 points off an almost pick 6
7 points off Renegade

The defense is NOT our problem.

Bills were just the better team all around

Better coached too

You didnt see their defense go running for poses whenever they made a play

No wildcat fumble and we get at least 3.
Kick the FG late instead of the 3rd INT
Kick a GW FG later instead of the 4th INT.

We had a chance to win even with our anemic offense.

Time to stop playing Renegade. At the least, shouldn't be an every game type of thing.

The defense played well considering the Bill's got the ball 5 extra times.

Like everybody else has said, the offense is our problem. Too many stupid mistakes and stupid play calls. The ONLY change I'd like to see on defense is benching Edmunds.

5 turnovers and the offense had a chance to tie the game twice at the end of the game. The D did their job, for the most part. Duck had Washington WIDE OPEN before he threw his 3rd INT. The offense had their changes thanks to the defense.

No they didn't. Their offense turned it over twice.

The Trib also has an article blaming the defense. I don't know how anyone watches that game last night and comes away genuinely believing that the defense was the problem.

It's Tomlin nutswingers who write those articles.

The defense played well enough to win. I don't really know how anyone could come to any other conclusion. They gave up 17 points and three were for sure on the offense for the interception. They had one horrible sequence where it was third and 18 and they ended up giving up a first down. That just cannot happen. The other team is paid too. But that wa ****. Edmunds play on the TE TD was brutal too. It was overload left and no one crossed. He had one guy to cover and he didn't recognize and drive till it was way too late.

I think they were in that defense on 3rd and 18 to just stop them from getting the first thinking Buffalo would kick the FG, isn't that the sequence where they Steelers stopped them, and Buffalo went on 4th down? I'm guessing they were in a deep coverage to stop them from getting the first down, not thinking Buffalo would go for it on 4th down.

I think this defense can’t stop anybody when it counts hasn’t for years just like saints defense in close game we better have the ball last to win. It’s Just defense design it attacks but can’t dig in. The pass rush comes from surprise rather than constant pressure on the pocket. Teams like Seattle don’t rack up as many sacks but apply more consistent pressure and seldom blitz but bring pressure with 5 guys the fifth off the opposite side of the te just like the old steel curtain.
