He stopped throwing behind his WRs

not a hater, but his first half was crap. Calling that out doesn't mean I don't root for the dude.

Question though - what changed? suddenly he is throwing down field more. Was that something that changed with him or did the coaches change something?

He has turned it around. Still room for improvement but much better.

He was throwing down the field the first half. One went through Washingtons hands, another was a BS OPI call, another Johnson slipped coming out of his break...it was there and he was making the throws just didn't show up in the stats. He did have some throws off the mark clearly but that's expected from a first year starter after he missed 3 weeks and got knocked the **** out

the downfield throws by and large were behind his receivers. The one of Washington's hands should have been caught.
