Yes, every fan base has them, I know this, but reading Twitter after the Ben injury. Fans celebrating Ben being hurt, calling him a money *****, that he just wants paid and could care less about winning. He's a drama queen and just wanting attention, he has sucked any ways. He ran AB and Bell out of town. Rudolph should've started ahead of him from day 1. Ben hasn't been any good lately anyways, he's holding the team back.

Maybe Rudolph comes in and he's very good, we can hope, but why bash the guy that brought 2 rings to this team, smashed every Steeler passing record, will be a 1st ballot HOFer, is top 10 in most QB stats in NFL history, and has played through a ton of injuries that alot of QB wouldn't have.

Steeler fans look like total pieces of **** right now.

Losing Ben doesn’t feel like much of a loss to me these days. He looks like he ain’t interested in playing anymore.

Looks like one of them found his way here, 9th post. Yeah you're right, the reason AB got pissed was because Ben wanted to run a play in practice over until they got it right, yeah he wants nothing to do with playing anymore.

As far as I'm concerned they ARE NOT Steelers fans. We don't rejoice when a player gets injured and especially one who has meant so much to the Steelers. Thats total bullshit and they are not real Steeler fans.
 
The only thing Ben ever held this team back from is being a team that gets to pick in the top ten of the draft every year. That's going to end very soon, I'm afraid.

And of course, don't read or worry about morons on Twitter, Facebook, etc... remember when you could comment on ESPN articles? They'd be funny to read for a minute, then you'd realize you were dumber for having read them... Same thing.

Posted in another thread, ESPN said Ben is talking about possible surgery. So, I don't think drama queen this time.
 
If Ben retires are we off the hook for the $30M a year for 3 years?

Anyone who cheers a players injury (weather steelers or other) is a piece of crap. Applauding injury on one's ability to make a living is badness within that individual. Would be the same thing as you breaking your ankle at work and people applauding and telling thank god you're out a here. I have no time for people of that thought process yet alone about a game.

BEN has been and will continue to be the heart of this team and if there ever was a player to give you the look of what a TRUE STEELERS PLAYER is, it's Ben Roethlisberger.

Did any of these asswipes think maybe his look of disgust was the fact he may be looking at a MAJOR career ending surgery???? Think about that for a minute....... never being able to do what you have truly loved doing.

Ben gets no respect from other fan bases, our own fan base as well as these NFL announcers. Get real folks he helped win two super bowls and was bringing us back a third until fumble. Ben has made this team competitive even and helped Tomlin look like a great coach in way to many eyes. If you think Ben gone will make us winners, maybe you should look at yesterday's game a little closer. I think Rudolph has come along way, come on had some trick plays and a great catch to make him look good. He also threw in wrong direction many times. Ben was rushed all day and these receivers could not get open and NE game way out coached. The games last year he brought the team back and missed field goals was the cause of lose. To many in this fan base sounds like Aikman makin Bree's this champion when he won one Super Bowl and leaving Ben out as a HOF QB also hurt yesterday. The ones glad one is injured must some kind of selfish, jealous lives.

I don't know the numbers, but whatever is left on his signing bonus I wold think accelerates to this year. I am not sure the team can afford that right now (but I don't know the numbers). If he is done, the team will ask him to retire after the league turns a new year.
