Ravens boards-very entertaining

Comedy Gold:

Thank you Flacco for the ring...now go.

Id rather come in the beginning of next season with 5 undrafted Rookies as our WRs then this group....

Our Franchise LT got destroyed tonight by a 53 year old LB.

Man I cant stand this team sometimes.

Not so different than this board from a few weeks ago except that they blame the refs more. How any Baltimoron fan can blame refs is beyond me. Do they not see the wealth of PI calls they have been given for years. This is just Karma biting them in the ***.

LOL this one made me laugh -- especially when the KICKED our *** in the game right after that scandal

Normally I am not a conspiracy guy....but when I saw Brown push Webb to the ground and make a catch right in front of the officials, I wonder if they have been instructed to make the Ravens stay out of the limelight because of the Rice thing. two games in a row against divisional opponents that Refs have made many curious calls.....makes you think..

No they don't and they also feel that all commentators hate them and love the Steelers. I really didn't see a whole lot from that board that is much different than this place. Just got back to the Browns game for your proof.

The difference is we crucify our own team for bad play, to a fault admittedly. They can't see beyond the referees. Everything is somebody else's fault.

And Collinsworth was TERRIBLE last night. He simply could not contain himself. The dude was full on bringing up every negative comment he could about calls, spots etc.

Bengal says it all. But I still like him better than Simms and Assighasson..

You laugh but it sounds like this board half the time. **** there was a mutiny forming in the first quarter last night. Lol

I actually had that thread up during the game, lol

I would love to pull back up old threads on here when we were losing. Especially against the Browns. You would have thought the end of the world was near. Fire Tomlin, Fire Lebeau, Fire Haley, Fire Colbert, Fire Kahn, trade Ben, etc.

And I bet outsiders were looking at our threads and enjoying their Schadenfreud just like we are now. Your point?

Sounds familiar...

Why do our defensive backs always seem to play 5-10 yds off of every receiver? This has been going on for years. Are they all really that bad in man and press coverage every year? I guess the answer is yes...no effort to get opponent's receivers off their game.

I dont go to other teams boards after a loss but I can imagine the bench Flacco and fire Harbaugh hilarity that will ensue.

I am sure there are plenty here more than happy to drop a warm steamer on the ratbirds sites after a loss like that.

Have fun! :D

I was thinkin the same think....eerily similar to this forum.

Ive learned to tone down emotions over this sport and this team. Its purely entertainment and we the fans invest much more than the players do.

I loved reading how many rants were on the officiating causing the game with some calling both loses by the officiating. Lets see, they finally were caught being dirty and some not called as they kicked twice on the taunting call against the Steelers. Lets see we got a pay back call on roughing the Baltimore QB. Nice to have the last laugh on the fans and team in Baltimore. They were pointed out on a national game how dirty and plane full of themselves the players and coaches of Baltimore are. Suggs showed his class pun here he has how he acted on and off the field.

We sound like that a lot of times when we win.

He wasn't wrong about some of them, we got away with a couple ourselves. I don't understand why people expect the national telecasts to sound like the local Steelers radio team? I didn't have any issues with how they called the game.

I think Collinsworth is a good announcer and that he did an admirable job last night. He was correct, IMO, on the spot near midfield when Ben ran the quarterback sneak, that spot should have been overturned and the Steelers facing a 4th and 1. It was easy to see that the ball had not advanced far enough forward.
