Yep ***** and at the end of the day Tomlin is still here. Unfortunately it is what it is.
Well he's still here and it doesn't look like he's going anywhere anytime soon, so what the **** can we do about it?
We can ***** all we want. Where's that getting us?
No but they sure love that regular season record. Thanks Ben
.
these coaches all have a shelf life if they can't find an Ernie Adams.
Now you're getting it, but by making it to a conference game and losing, you are either going 1-1 or 2-1 that season, depending if you play an extra game. Since you don't make the SB, you don't get +2 +3 or +4 wins in a playoff season. A +1 is easily negated by a playoff loss and out another year.
Also I'm not arguing that Tomlin isn't also a result of this own skewing, I understand it. And if you want to relate apples to apples, he's still #5 in the league as we sit today. And you don't get that many playoff wins without hitting Superbowls.
Did Tomlin give Bush the Vulcan Mind Meld???
Bush on Tomlin:
"Coach T and Coach O (Jerry Olsavsky, Pittsburgh's inside linebackers coach) do a lot of teaching," he said. "There’s a lot of lessons to be learned and that’s one thing Coach T prides himself on is learning those lessons and going thorough trials. Being able to recognize the lessons and learn from them and keep going day-by-day and not hold your head down when things don’t go your way. It’s a journey. There’s gonna be ups, there’s gonna be downs. There’s gonna be times where you’re going to have to learn. There’s going to be times when you’re going to teach other guys. As you go, you’re going to have to take it all in and just know that you’re going to get better. You’re not going to get worse by learning those lessons if you apply it the right way."
A rookie who has known him for 20 minutes. Not all too much weight with these comments.
Blake Bortles put 45 on his team in the most important game of the year. Blake ******* Bortles
Or getting sent home by Tim Tebow, that was memorable.
**** Tomlin
I will say, that although that Tebow loss was horrific, the Steelers were pretty banged up in that game.
However, the critical failure (as I remember it) of that game was the blatant disrespect they showed for Tebow's passing game.
Blake Bortles did not put up 45 on the team

Only 4 current coaches in the NFL have more playoff wins than Tomlin. Discuss...
find me one rookie that says anything bad about the coach that just drafted him 2 months ago.
All those missed FG’s cost us a playoff spot last year
They were manhandled by the Jaguars and couldn't stop their running game. Bortles did just enough to manage the game properly (he was used properly).
