Harrison Blames Tomlin For 2018 Season; Discredits His Super Bowl Championship

Exactly the answer i figured i would get..leads the league in interceptions. Veteran QB but its ok of course

How many TD, passing yards, attempts, snaps...etc. Again, that doesn’t fit your agenda. Enjoy the off-season your hero just drove us into. I bet he met your standard though.

Back just in time to blame white Ben !

:pound:

Stick to the facts you cant spin this away.. he leads the NFL in interceptions as a 15 year vet. Other factors played a part in our season..tomlin coaching decisions included. But to say our QB leading the league interceptions didnt is sad..

I just said Tomlin had questionable decisions this year..you are still spinning that leading the league in picks is ok..

Your agenda and predictability is sad.

The boards biggest racist is back and gone tell you why whitey Ben is at fault!

You listen yahear

You are not a backup LBer on this team if you don't play special teams. Check out Chicky stats his first 3 years here. Pretty close to Harrisons. Nobody knew James would explode into the beast he became. Go on and try to keep believing they knew they had a special player in him. They drafted Timmons for a reason. You don't think Dick didn't have a say in that? SMH

Can you read? Seriously? Show me ONE post where I said they knew he was a great player.... Just ONE. You can't. I said he was more than a special team player. Dick loved Harrison but he couldn't understand the playbook. Don't believe me? Then just look at what Farrior said... BTW notice it says he came up in 2002 and in that one year he played ONLY on special teams. The inference is that after that he played other positions.

Harrison spent two years on and off the practice squad for the Steelers, being released three times, and also was briefly on the active roster towards the end of the 2002 season, playing only special teams. Teammate and fellow linebacker, James Farrior, later told NFL Network that Harrison was so green early on in his career that he would simply "give up" on plays on which he was struggling and even would ask the coaches not to play him when he was struggling.[9] Farrior said, "He was a knucklehead that didn't know the plays"

Also this is about Dick Lebeau talking to Cowher about not cutting Harrison because he saw something special in him:
http://www.espn.com/blog/nflnation/...-loyalty-to-lebeau-could-lead-lb-to-tennessee

Just a quick quote: LeBeau told Cowher he would work with Harrison and that he saw something in the player who already had been released three times by the Steelers and four times overall.
No coach played a greater role in the enormous success Harrison enjoyed after finally sticking with the Steelers than LeBeau.

Again he wasn't just a special team player. DL loved Harrison even when Cowher was here and he played quiet a bit and would have played more if he could have understood the playbook.

Isnt Ben leading the NFL in interceptions? But of course thats everyone else's fault. Not saying he is the sole reason but if you lead the league in interceptions you arent blameless.

And still has a better than 2-1 TD to INT ratio. It's not like he's setting records for most INT's thrown. In fact, the total number of INT's from QB's this year is low. And it's not like all the INT's are his fault. Today for example, he saw Atkins jump, thought for sure he was getting a free play and took a chance, like all QB's do when there's an offsides. It's why the entire OL, Ben, Heybey, and Tomlin were all wondering what the hell was going on.

16 INT's (and that could change depending on Luck's game tonight) would be the lowest leading INT stat since before Ben even came into the league. Most years the leader is in the 20's. I could only go back to 2002 on ESPN stats, but that gets my point across enough.

And your ignorant racist *** is cherry picking stats, but that is nothing new. I bet if Ben were black you wouldn’t say one word about his stats. Kind of how you defend Tomlin.

How many interceptions did Ben have in the season-altering loss to the Raiders?

And i get that totally. But to say im a racist because our QB leads the league in picks is crazy..just pointing it out.. its huge..just like connors fumbles or defensive lack of stops in key situations tomlin decisions ref mistakes etc it all played a part in our not making the playoffs..

Eli Manning has led the league in INT's a few times, Rivers has as well (both very recently), Peyton was second in INT's his last year in the league, Favre lead the league in NFL history, Manning is 9, Marino is 8 (Ben is 32). But somehow, veteran players can't possibly lead the league in INT's can they? Ben also leads the league in yards, the fact we didn't have a running game for half the year when Conner went down doesn't matter.

I didn't call you racist... I'm just calling you out for being dumb

And Ben had ZERO INT's against the Raiders.

Funny i havent defended tomlin once here..said he had questionable decisions..but ben leading the league in picks is ok

Im sorry confused that with the chargers game..and wasnt referring to you for the racist talk.

Seeing how we are counting, I love to count!

How many times in the last ten years has Tomlin's team came up short?

The reason players haven't turned against him is

A) he doesn't discipline them
B) he's black

If he was white he would have lost this team a while ago but he's their homie

BTW I also pin this on Ben. There is only one player who could force a change on the squad years ago and that's Ben.....they would fire Tomlin if Ben gave them an ultimatum ....so then I come to the conclusion that Ben is either a big fat ***** (who also likes to not have discipline and also likes to not be demanded to be more prepared), he's lazy who likes to just show up, or he's dumb (or all three)

Out of the 1,000 times you have seen Ben on the sideline in a close game is he looking at film, talking to the coordinators, or just looking stupid watching the game? I'd say maybe 15% of the time I see Ben trying to figure things out on the sidelines and Tomlin doesn't do **** about it

I think Ben is one of the most talented QBs ever and could have been top 5 if he worked harder

So you can't criticize Tomlin on just his coaching skills but bring up the weak he is black crap, No matter what Tomlin does people like you will criticize him because he doesn't walk and talk like you.

How can your Qb leading the league in interceptions not be considered a factor in a team having difficulties?

Same ole **** with the Tomlin apologists; even if they act like they agree with you, they can't end the post without taking a swipe at Ben or Cowher.

It is whitey Ben's fault honest !

Was thinking of the chargers game my bad

All Tomlin had to do was have his team prepared to beat the Raiders as a double-digit favorite, and they make the playoffs.

Ben was 25-29 for 282 yards, 2 touchdowns, and ZERO interceptions in that game. Tomlin kept Ben on the bench until they lost the lead, because your idol thought Dobbs was in the "flow."

Whom would you blame for that loss, which completely derailed the season? Ben?
