Rumors on Bell

We don't need Bell. The O has been lighting things up without him. If Ben didn't have 5 turnovers last week, we win easily. Has nothing to do with Bell. Conner put up numbers like Bell would have. This week, we started the game not running for some reason and then immediately got behind and never could turn back to the run. Bell would have made no difference. I would rather have AB, JuJu and Washington as receivers than any RB, even Bell. He is not one of our top 3 WR's.

Our 0-1-1 record has nothing to do with Bell other than the fact that, yes, he is a cancer to this team. If anything, they should be entertaining any and all offers for him.

I think they just weren't successful running. I think the O-line started out playing ******. Harder to get a good read on Conner between that and the D causing a quick behind the 8-ball.

Did Conner get injured as well ?

I didn’t see or read anything to that affect. He did make a sick one handed grab that was ruled out of bounds, but got a PI call that still moved the chains. For all of those who say he isn’t a threat receiving, there is that.
Down 21-0 takes the running game off the table primarily. It wasn’t his fault. Bell would have had similar numbers IMO. Just a bad day at the beach for our defense and poorly prepared game plan.

I am still on the Conner bandwagon!

That's two on that wagon because as far as I'm concerned the sooner BELL is gone the better. Conner is holding down the RB position without missing a beat. Bell is only visioned by past reputation and EXCESSIVE useage and cockerism. Our coaching staff, mostly defensive, seems to be our hold back and yes CMVLT is part of the defensive coaching staff.

Rumors have it that some players are split on Bell sitting out and dividing the team. This is where Tomlin is suppose to make sure everyone who picks up a paycheck is playing like together. If not and this team stays divided then we're done for the season.

What we have witnessed in two games and yesterday the actions on side lines, can you see the turmoil when Bell shows up, Tomlin will be totally lost on how to handle that condition. I hate t say it but with two games in belt the team is in bad shape. Usually Ben takes the fall yesterday he did not say one word about he needs to do better. Now Tomlin has to deal once more with AB's action on social media, which he did not handle well two years ago. A lot of me, me ,me is coming out .

yeah the D and not so special teams wasn't a reason for the L. It was the QB who threw for 400+ yards without a interception or fumble. And ran for a TD showing will and determination.

What I was trying to get across about Ben he was tired of taking the blame for loses, far as I'm concerned Ben not practicing played a great game and the TD falling on the elbow, his passing kept us in the game.

Pretty much bet we don't tag next year unless he doesn't satisfy the tag this year. I bet it's an exclusive tag though and we don't match. I don't think BELL's mind could ever allow him to play for the SATEELERS with any kind of passion though.

I am in complete agreement. I'd also consider high tagging him if he holds out the first 10 weeks. The numbers work for compensation, and the tag would be non exclusive if I were Omar or Colbert.

He jacked the STEELERS on multiple suspensions and is just a toke away from a nice long vacation. He has ONLY played 1 full season........... Bells value is even less to this team considering how ****** the defense is. The last two home games the offense scored a truckload of points one with Bell in the playoffs and one without. Same result.
