T.O. to skip his own hall of fame induction

Who knows what his issue is. Just glad it isn't a Steeler one................

"Next question."

He's a class A douche. I wish a team would sign him and let him play though lol

I remember meeting TO way back in like 2001 at the NBA summer pro league when I was in college. He was a nice guy to me when we were talking. Shame we didn't have smartphones back then. Guy was an absolute prick of a teammate. I'm sure he's pissed about having to pay his dues to get into the HOF. Guess what buddy? Almost everyone pays their dues. Your playing career is over, this is all you got left unless you're gonna be a coach.

"That's my quarterback" - T.O. probably

I'm usually of the opinion that players shouldn't be judged for making their own decisions even if it's not what you or I might do.. but I'm judging here. This is literally a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME opportunity. He says he'll announce later what his plans are for that day, but come on? What could possibly be a better way to celebrate a HOF induction than .. being there?!

He could have showed up, made a great speech and maybe people would think differently about him. Instead he just cemented his legacy as one of the biggest ******** to ever play.

If i was one of the guys who voted No on TO, i would never let the writers who pushed for him forget this. I'd rub their nose in this **** every chance i got.

If you aren't dead, or in a hospital, if you can't show up at a podium to be inducted into the HOF, you shouldn't be inducted.

Precisely. The HOF should be that moment where everything petty and ****** is put behind. You feel you were first ballot. Whatever. You are in an immortal club. Amoung the greatest of all time. If you cannot rise to that moment give us the jacket, the ring and the bust. You aren't in.

It is a shame they can't rescind his offer and give it to someone else.

That would be a good lesson learned.

A big **** you back to the ungrateful.

I think the whole HOF class of 2018 is somewhat uninspiring if ya ax me.

Owens was selected for enshrinement in the class of 2018 along with Ray Lewis, Randy Moss, Brian Urlacher and Brian Dawkins. They will be joined by Bobby Beathard (contributor) and seniors committee nominees Jerry Kramer and Robert Brazile.

Hay Tom, I’d recognize him posthumously. ******* been dead to me for years!

I’d keep it short! To the late sometimes great TO. Welcome, now don’t ever come visit. *******!

He’s pissed because it took him a while to get in. That’s what this about.

This ******* is going to show up at the last second so they will make a big deal that he showed.

This is where I'm at. Really try not to judge or make preconceptions normally, but this is the Hall of Fame where you become part of football immortality. Honor the men who've come before you who've busted their *****, some having to wait decades to get in (but haven't cried) and show up you petty, crybaby douchebag.
