Official Prediction Thread - Steelers/Pats**

And for the record, I am all for Tomlin being confident. **** hiding from the cheaters.

Either we go down swinging or we don't even bother showing up. No more being simply respectful of the "amazing machine" that is the Patriots. They're ******* cheaters from the word go. They deserve neither respect nor fear. The only thing the Steelers need to be afraid of is how many fake copies of the "first 20" they need to leave laying around for Bill to pick up and send to Ernie.
 
I can't watch any more P**** games since the last SB. Just can't. I'll record the game and watch it if we win and erase it if we lose. I've had this one figured as a loss since the beginning of the season and the last minute miracles of the last 4 games hasn't done much to change my mind. Without speed on the defense, we will be badly abused by Brady and company. The P**** are in our heads, we are not in theirs. We think we can win, they know they can. Maybe they'll be looking ahead to Buffalo. P**** 38, Steelers 31. Add 5 points to the spread for every turnover we have more than the P****. Since I picked against us the last two games and we won, hoping the trend continues.
 
Steelers O is as good as it's ever been. Steeler D was doing pretty well but won't be as good without Shazier and a hobbled Haden.
Pats***** have some chinks in the armor on O and D both that didn't used to be there and their D wasn't that good to begin with although has gotten better this season.
This is the best chance the Men Of Steel have had to beat the Cheating Bastiges in a long time. Problem is that Darth Hoodie knows this.
I have all the confidence in the world that Captain Cool Shades ain't gonna change jack **** from what hasn't worked before and will still run DLB's zone blitz and 10 yard cushions.

I'm with Falco - I think Brady's Achilles tendon is either going to act up and he'll have trouble planting his foot, or it will give out completely.

Actually MT did beat the Pats***** once back around 2011 but that does not inspire confidence.

Doesn't matter the score, the Steelers will lose on Sunday.

And that's ok.

We don't need to have the winning recipe this Sunday....we need it about a month and half from now when we play them in NE for the AFC championship game.

This game has loss written in stone for the Steelers. No/limited juju, no/limited pouncy, no/limited Hayden, no answer at ILB to replace Shazier, no answer for Gronk.

Imo it's better to play for the future.......sell out blitzes, send 5-6 or 7 guys every passing down and pound Brady into the ground. The focus shouldn't be winning the game (cause that just plain isn't going to happen right now)...... the focus should be to hit Brady multiple times on every series.

Then when we (hopefully) have a healthier team in the playoffs we can switch up the game plan and maybe have made Brady a little skittish to boot.

You actually think this team has a chance to beat them IN Foxboro? Have you seen how this team performs on the road?

If the AFCCG is in Foxboro, you can put your mortgage on Brady getting to his 9th Super Bowl...
