Who am I?

In 18 years with the Steelers the team has only had one losing season. During my tenure the team has been 15-9 in the playoffs, and played in three super bowls winning two.

I probably gave way too much away, but give this man props.

The IT guy...it all works because of him.

Not the IT guy................... It's the "get back" coach. He's the guy who makes the players / coaches "GET BACK" from being to close to the field along the side lines.............. REF's always ask at the beginning of the game who the "get back" coach is because they communicate heavily with them about keeping sidelines cleared of players. It's a tough job and NO ONE likes him for it. Our's has been here a little over 19years but zI don't know his name. ( I think 19)

But seriously. The Steelers as a group are regarded as one of the League"s elite. I don't see much underrating.

2000 to now is not "In 18 years with the Steelers"

Not a lot of choices, this is all I see

Vice President – Arthur J. Rooney, Jr.
Defensive Line – John Mitchell

55 Joey Porter OLB..........."and played" kinda makes this guy ground zero....or not.

Porter seems to be the most logical Chip. But would need to research it. Coach said the individual “played” so that rules out front office or coaches who haven’t played in at least 20 years.

Coach John Mitchell. He’s been here longer than 18 years though. Has been to the last three Super Bowls. Only seen one losing season in the last 18.
Plus, Coach never really said it was a player.

It has to be Colbert. Considering 18 years with the team, you have to go back to 2000, a time frame which the Steelers went 15-9 in the playoffs and won two titles in three appearances. Colbert is the only name that fits into that time frame, unless it's some obscure employee in the team offices. Oddly enough, when I think Steeler, I think of players only.

Coach's post says "and played in three super bowls winning two."

Coach didn't say he is a player...

"During my tenure the team has been 15-9 in the playoffs, and played in three lwoB repuSs winning two." He described "the team" as playing in three Super Bowls, not the most underrated Steeler.

It’s the team he said played in three Super Bowls winning two. It’s not the mystery person.
It’s either Kevin Colbert or John Mitchell. But it has to be Kevin since he came in 2000, that’s 18 years.

Per the team's website, Mitchell has been with the team for 24 years.

My first thought was Mitch but I guess it's Colbert.
