that was the most stupid call I have ever seen. now if the bungals score a td best we get with a FG is a tie, what the **** was Tomlin thinking there

All that contract money has made him too heavy to move ,so he holds. I honestly see holding as bullshit because everyone is doing it all the time.
 
Is going for two the correct call in that situation?
 
Cincy scores TD, Steelers drive down field and it occurs to Tomlin that a FG only ties it.

Free practice time, up by 5 or 6, doesn't matter, still need a TD to win. If the Bengals score we can still win or tie with the FG.Also forces them to go for 2

Because if you convert it, its possible that with extra points not being automatic anymore, if Cincy scores a TD the score would be tied (if they missed the extra point)..not converting doesn't hurt thelm....
