Torn meniscus, surgery tomorrow.
 
Well it was a promising season
 
3 months recovery.... season is done for this team.
 
4-6 weeks, not sure if since Ben isn't a runner like a run or wr if he'll be on the 4 week side of that
 
Anyone know what Mike Vick is up to?...just kidding, just kidding
 
Good thing we had him in at mop up time today after the Phins last touchdown.
 
Incredible, man. Really. This **** with injuries with this team over the last 3 years is ridiculous. There is really nothing to say. Nothing at all.

That's if he elects a meniscectomy. A repair is 3 month recovery.
 
So likely done for the year?
 
The AFC North sucks this year. It may be possible to win this division with Landry. Steelers are 4-2 with 10 games left. If they can go 5-5 that would make them 9-7 and that may be enough. If Ben can get back for the playoffs, who knows?
 
well I guess we'll get to see just how great CMT is without a franchise quarterback.
 
I've seen enough Landry, I want to see Mettenberger
 
Just throwing this out there. Send a 3rd rounder to Dallas for Romo if he is healthy in a few weeks? Dallas will probably stick with Dak and it gives Romo a shot to win. I think Jerry likes Romo and would like giving Romo a chance somewhere.

If Landry is not performing, then Romo could be a good short term solution who might serve as a good backup when Ben returns.
 
Well it's been a fun season guys

We had a good solid few weeks of excitement and optimism and thinking we had something. Oh well. We'll have Martavis back next year, in theory, so that's cool. Although I'm sure a meteor will fall on AB's head or something before then so why am I even bothering?

Ben is out for probably two maybe three games before he can come back. Hopefully when they get in there tomorrow it's not as bad as the MRI shows.

I follow a site on twitter called NFL trades and rumors, so no link but it says it's just a clean up procedure not a complete repair, out 1-3 weeks

I almost wish we could forfeit next week's game. That is going to be embarrassing. Only way we had a chance to win that is in shoot out and with Landry Jones at QB, it's going to get ugly.
