They'll get good and then move to London or St. Louis. It's inevitable.
 
depending on how bad the tear is, he could be back for the start of the season.
 
It's not season ending, he could be back by the start of camp. I really feel bad for them. Last year's #1 was lost all season after the very 1st practice of the year.

This news isn't nearly as bad.

I am hoping they flirt with .500 and the play offs. Just flirting with that would make the fans really spark. Just show some improvement would be enough to create fan support. But, they have some nice scenery.

This is a meniscuscal tear. Ben had this same injury and missed 4 games mid season. This is nothing. Ramsey is still on page to light it up this year.

Thank God. This team has got to get a break at some point. They had a lot of success early on, but have had a round last decade for the most part.

Yeah, it's like a 2-4 week injury unless he damaged part of his knee that had already been fixed up. He had microfracture on the same knee in High School.

Actually, my fav boards over the years are those who don't get so gad damn anal over what subjects belong where. I think it's fine to have a separate non-football board, but I think it's OCD/anal retentive to move football subjects from main board if they are not just Steeler-specific related. I mean, isn't any NFL news somewhat related to the Steelers? All other 31 teams are competing for the same thing, so all NFL-news is kind of related to the Steelers.

I also enjoyed some of the old "wild west" boards, where some posters just flamed the crap out of each other. It was entertaining. And if you didn't like that sort of thing, they were easily identifiable and avoidable. The only thing most ask is to be consistent; employing double standards is weak sauce.
 
If I have to say anything, I have to say this.....This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST STEELERS board ever. I've posted here forever.If and when my financial situation gets better I plan on contributing (sorry until then). The knowledge of the poster(s) in general is way higher than LeVion ever dreamed of being......(lol). It takes all kinds to keep a MB as educated / knowledgeable / entertained / etc. etc. etc..... Everyone here, good bad or ugly have contributed to the success of this place. The owners / staff / technicians all run this place as they want to, as should be. they are the one putting ion the time / effort / sweat. Accept them for their hard work and dedication for with out them, we would have much less. I can say this truthfully and from my heart, this is my NUMBER 1 STEELER place and web sight. I truthfully thank each and every member for their input and yes even the less savory members too. I also thank MANAGEMENT for all their efforts and responsibility to this site. The whiners will whine, the thank you Sayers will say thank you, let's hope the RIGHT ONES get heard........
