I still would rather beat their *** with Patsy *** Tommy ***** with his hands cupping his center's nuts. He deserves a life time ban like Pete Rose, but if we are going to play them next year, let it be week five. Just my opinion.
 
as long as he gets a suspension so it can be set in stone that he is a proven cheater I don't care if he plays against us or not

WHY is it a waste of time??? The franchise has been guilty of cheating in the past. The integrity of the game is on the line against the face of that franchise, who intentionally destroyed evidence. The league even gave him an oppertunity to ONLY give them the text messages that t*mmy b*y himself could filter before handing over the phone / texts. The owner pledded guilty as he took a fine and lost a first round draft pick. Because it's your ****** up team, they should get a pass???? You can sleep well knowing that every MASShole thinks just like you, privileged. WHY were the "spygate tapes" destroyed? Why did t*mmy b*y "destroy" his phone? Why oh why are you still here???

Only an idiot thinks the Pats are innocent. The NFL may have botched their investigation somewhat but it's clear the Pats are guilty just by looking at their reaction when they thought the NFL had more evidence.

The Pats guilt is clearly established by 3 things
1. They accepted the loss of a first round pick which is pretty steep for a team that is innocent.
2. The texts from the equipment guys
3. The fact that the Pats made up the story that a guy was called "the deflater" because he had lost weight. That is flat out desperation.

Then when they find out the NFL botched measurements and they didn't have as much proof as they thought, only then did the Pats start proclaiming innocence.

I hope the NFL wins and increased the suspension
 
Pats cheated. They need to be dealt with. NFL is carrying this out for publicity. Just punish the pat ******** for ***** sake!
 
The one judge made it clear that it was obvious Brady was trying to hinder the investigation, and that the NFL should be able to punish him for it. This case sets too much precedent for Brady to win.... Like i said the nfl usually wins this type of appeal... Brady will sit

This ^^^^ Is a two fold accomplishment. Not only will it enforce the fact that the players gave ROGER to much power and now have to live with that fact (CBA) as he can fine and suspend (judge / jury / lynchman). Two, once t*mmy b*y is suspended, there will be NO DOUBT as to his cheating status, even now the MASSholes, including POP, lamely think he is innocent. With this over his head, there is no doubt about it.

I don't think there is any doubt Tom Tom was involved. to me the question is did Bilicheat know about it? If so that would be grounds for 1 year suspension.

I try to give you the benifit of the doubt and then you go and post **** like this.
 
The nfl couldn't let this go. This verdict had long reaching implications into employee disciplinary rights that trancended the league and the judge clearly overstepped his bounds on the verdict last year
 
I said it back then, the courts can't tell the NFL how to run the league. They can say, perhaps, the evidence isn't there to suspend Marsha for deflating the balls but they can't say the NFL can't suspend him for not cooperating with the investigation. Not cooperating with the investigation deserves a game or two by itself.

True, but judges used to go by laws to make their decisions. Now they seem to do whatever furthers their own agenda.

The last judge was clearly in the wrong. The CBA clearly gives Goodell this broad power. If players don't like it, they need to talk to their union that gave him that power. Also per the agreement, the burden of proof is a very low standard of "more likely than not". That means that all these pats fans who now act like scientists quoting gas laws etc. are irrelevant. This is not a court of saw where proof is needed.

The texts alone make the case of more likely than not. Then you add on the nonsense of destroying phones etc and no reasonable person thinks the pats did nothing wrong.
