They've put up over 30 points in 7 of 8 games. Say what you want, but this team is on a roll.

The SB isn't looking like it's going to be a very competitive game.

Cam Newton said at the end of the game he didn't know who they'd be playing? That's concentration on the game at hand.

Watching both of these games today, I get the feeling Carolina will have no trouble whatsoever with Denver.

Of curse there on a roll, you don't go 17-1 an not be on a roll. I just don't buy all this Denver is going to get manhandled stuff. Manning is going to play well enough to win the game, providing the defense plays as well as it had all year.

We'll see. I saw two completely different levels of intensity today, on offense and defense. Denver is a very good team. Carolina looked like a once in a lifetime kind of team today. Newton doesn't seem to have any real weakness to exploit at the moment. The same can't be said about Manning.

the denver defense just baffled Tom Brady. Cam Newton has feasted on a weaker NFC. Arizona's defense took a hit when honey badger got hurt. Seattle's defense shut Carolina down once they solved their footing issue.

Carolina will see a defense like none they've seen all year. Denver can pressure without blitzing. They have LBs who can run with Olson. They have CBs who can man cover any Carolina WR. Cam is used to seeing lots of wide open guys. He stands back with all day to throw and gets to throw against easy coverages because of his running threat.

You've got it exactly backwards. All the mobile QBs are in the NFC: Rodgers, Kaepernick, Wilson, Newton. Denver's D hasn't seen anything like what Cam can do. Yes, they can rush the passer. But they need to CONTAIN Cam, and seeing as how they let Tom Brady run on them today, I doubt they can hang with Superman.

They'll shut down Ginn and Co. They'll wipe out Greg Olsen. And then they'll get killed on the ground by Cam's legs. Also, Peyton's weak arm was on display. Josh Norman and his boys will convert those wobbly hush puppies into interceptions, just like they did with Carson.

Yes, Wade Phillips has never seen a running QB who makes 1 read, I'm sure he'll be stumped over the next 2 weeks with how to stop that.

Carolina's offense works because they run the ball. Most defenses have been neutered and can't stop a good running game without committing safeties. That means Cam sees lots of single coverage, easy reads. Denver is tough enough that they can contain the Carolina run game with the front 7 and if they do bring a safety down, their coverage men are better than the Carolina receivers.

Denver will beat Carolina if Manning doesn't turn the ball over more than once. Cam won't look like superman against Denver.

Palmer looked like, well, the Palmer Steelers fans have grown to love. Turnover machine in big games.

GO CAM!!!! This game had me feeling bad for Arizona....almost. I feel bad for Fitzgerald....but Palmer is just NOT a good QB. At all.

It's nice to have a Brady-;less SB.

Yep, for both games, he was just awful. No other way to dress it up. Got away with it in one game and paid dearly for it the next. Felt bad for Fitz though, that may have been his last real shot for a ring.

1.) Cam is not a one read QB. Dont even know why you think this.

2.) Carolina's offense just throttled a great Cardinal defense and a pretty good Seattle defense.

Denver has a dope defense, absolutely. But lets see how they fare against a QB who isnt a statue in the pocket.

Carolina will cream Denver, not even close

Sorry Peyton, time to lose another one

I'd make Carolina an 8 point favorite over the Broncos. I heard the betting line opened at 3.5
