Game Day thread - Steelers vs. Browns Episode II

Thank you... This really should be the common sense post of the year. I don't know why everyone expects a NFL coach to "motivate" the players like this is little league. Every player is accountable for their own actions.

This drive here can set the tone for the rest of the game.............lets execute like we did vs Indy

Jets with the FG - 16-10

Every player is responsible for his own level of focus. Pretty simple. It's called being an adult first and a professional second.

I don't disagree. I'm just saying it seems to be a recurring problem, and it's usually not just isolated incidents. If it were just a play here and there, okay fine. But it's season after season, opponent with bad record after opponent with bad record.

Hey buddy, you talked of a drop, I talked of snapping the ball with possession on the 15. It takes time to run plays, obviously...

No way they try to score getting possession under 30sec with that QB.

You talked of use being out of the half by now.... a hypothetical thought.

The difference is that we don't have a better option than Ben at QB. We do have better options than Blake.

Oh, I'm not saying Blake should stay in. I was responding in a passive-aggressive manner to the ludicrous statement that Ben is responsible for Blake being in there. Which was itself a passive-aggressive statement about Tomlin allowing Blake to be in there. Maybe I should have just said:

"Ben has better things to do than worry about Blake's play ... like focusing on his own"

See what I mean?

If we make the playoffs, we're backing in...

******* damn it hating this ugh good god

INT. ****.

Damn. Holy ****.

Another horrible throw by Ben. Seriously, is he injured? He has been horrible for two weeks in a row. He may cost us this game too.

WTF that LB barely moved throughout the entire play. Ben HOW DO YOU THROW THAT?!

You talked of use being out of the half by now.... a hypothetical thought.

Except proper time management can be projected, not hypothetical. You can keep coming up with different things players may or may not be doing...
