What a **** sandwich this is. You will never be able to trot this guy out and have faith he can win it but they gave up a draft pick and he wasn't cheap. Complete debacle.
 
Not only did he cost us the game I had 0-0 on the football poll. The missed kicks cost me $100
 
By cutting Scobee, Tombert would be admitting he was wrong, That never happens.

Wrong how exactly? That the third kicker you had to use this season turned out to be ****. I think anyone knew it was going to be rough, pure dreg is another story.
 
I agree Scobee sucks but when you have 3 or 4 chances where all you have to do is get one first down in any of them and you can't, you deserve to lose. Period.
 
I don't care how much they are paying him or what draft pick they gave up, he is useless if the team doesn't have confidence in him to go out and win a game in OT.

You don't trade a draft pick and pay a big chunk of a huge salary for a kicker...thinking it may be rough beforehand. Desperate knee-jerk ..wrong...move by Tombert.

So show me where you said that when the trade happened?? Direct me to the thread you created or the post you posted where you stated this when the trade took place.
 
**** Scobee if he is on this team next game I can't bring myself to watch. His ineptitude changed the dynamic of the game and truly lost it. Vick sucked but he did as well as expected and better than any of the **** Landry would have displayed. I actually expected Vick to lose the football 2 out of 3 times he touched it.

Instead, I was screaming at Scobee every time they let that stupid **** on the field.
 
Like my 11 year old son said.."He made the first two FG's by a act of god, what makes you think he will make a 49 yard one??" Then he goes on to let me do a 42 yard one?? But that's Tomlin, play not to lose, not to win. He has no in-game coaching ability at ALL! Even a HS coach would have pooch punted it and let your Defense go down swinging at least! Have some class, show the crowd you can coach, and try to WIN the game. Good thing is, Rooney's gave him an extension...whew! WTF!
 
Blame the loss on Scoobee and Antonio Brown. 2 missed FG's and an easy TD catch that went right through AB's hands.

Yes...whatever *****...cat nimbly bimbly organization he came from. I was in a bit of furry, or fury, for his head and foot on a platter, or in a saucer, with one of the Vick dogs feeding upon them. However, I am still pissed, but I have called off the DAWGS.

Did anyone think that we would lose a game to the Ravens partly as a result of Suisham making a tackle in the Hall of Fame game?

I'm not the one in charge of personnel decisions. They should have known better. Stupid move on their part.
