RG3 has four major football problems

1 ) His OL sucks
2 ) He's very injury prone and slow to read defenses, which magnifies his bad OL
3 ) His team mates don't like him, and he's below average as passing QB
4 ) You can't fire a bad owner, and his coach doesn't care for him.

I've said that for years. People are still enamored with them. They are always going to "revolutionize" the QB position. Newton, Manziel, etc... never works out that way.
