Draft Thread Rounds 2 and 3

teams seem to be valuing versatility more. Maybe they see him as G only with no position flexibility. That or he has an injury we don't know about,. There a few players every year that have an injury that wasn't public knowledge.
I agree hes a guard only. But a guard that probably starts year one lol

No buyers?

The versatility thing is real since tgere is a lack of quality olinemen these days, and other positions are taking up more roster spots... and since the stupid NFL wont increase rosters, teams want guys who can play 4 or 5 spots...

Speed may be overrated to a degree. Give me someone who can run routes has hands and can make the first down catches. How many 60 yard strikes are you going to get in a game?
While true Frosty….but the one thing speed does is open up the field a bit for the route catching, possession WR’s. That respect for speed opens the field up a touch.

The question now is, with all these players slipping, giving us so many options, do we stand pat and take all 3 picks?
Absolutely, the Day 1-2 picks were a must, not sure if they can do much with what they have left on Day 3 other than hope for good value.

And the Bengals continue to ignore keeping Burrow upright lol

McCoy (injury), Pregnon (age), and Scott are probably the top three rated players.

I think the 3rd round might be my favorite round of the draft every year. Each time, I feel there are steals waiting to happen when our pick comes up.
So many reaches right now. The Steelers can probably get really good prospects at all three picks..
