The Epstein Problem

Your ignorance on this matter overwhelming.
It’s not as simple as just releasing the files. I don’t care what was promised because releasing on the date promised is unachievabe.
There are 5 million of them.

Private non DOJ attorneys representing the victims are highly adamant about protecting their victims through redactions and thus are involved.

Collectively, these private attorneys represent the vast majority of the over 1,200 identified victims and their families currently involved in the ongoing review of over 5.2 million DOJ documents.
  • Bradley Edwards & Brittany Henderson (Edwards Henderson): Represent more than 200 survivors. They have been particularly active in advocating for victim redactions in the millions of DOJ files currently being released.
  • Merson Law (Jennifer Plotkin): Represents nearly three dozen survivors.
  • Lisa Bloom: Has represented 11 survivors.
  • David Boies: Represented numerous victims in high-profile civil litigation, including lawsuits against major financial institutions like JPMorgan.
  • Spencer Kuvin: Represented dozens of survivors and frequently provides testimony regarding the legal rights of victims.
  • James Marsh & Jennifer Freeman: Represent multiple survivors, including Maria Farmer, and have filed lawsuits against the federal government for failing to protect victims.
  • Gloria Allred: Has represented dozens of victims and has been vocal about the potential risks to survivors if their identities are revealed in document releases.
  • Professor Paul Cassell: Represented victims in challenging the 2008 non-prosecution agreement before the U.S. Supreme Court.

And to further get you up to speed…125000 pages have been released with Trumps name appearing 1500 times.
Unfortunately for the TDS afflicted thats 1500 nothing burgers.
That story sounds familiar.
Oh?

He's too busy calling Steeler Nation members' doctors to confirm whether or not they recommend the COVID shot.

No, you've intentionally, selectively refused to address this issue in a bi-partisan way EVER by demanding justice across the board for all involved. You have only ever focused on Trump. Period. End of story.

Thank you for letting me lead you to the middle, finally.

Now let's get you to admit Ashli Babbitt's and Renee Good's stories are equal.
😂 Ashli Babbit was like someone breaking your window and crawling through it. Renee Good was what you encounter in the grocery store parking lot.

The judge explained his ruling. I can explain it to you, unfortunately I can’t understand it for you.
you dont understand a goddamned thing, smoothbrain.

One, terrible compare.

Renee Good was not at the "store" she was intentionally obstructing justice and disobeying commands from LEOs and attempted to run over an officer.

Ashli tried to crawl through a window. That doesn't justify homicide.

No she didn’t. He leaned over the side of the hood to shoot her.

Stand your ground says it does.

you've now forgotten which lily pad you are on. you've jumped from saying he was leaning over her hood to saying he was hit by her suv. its like you cant make up your mind or you've got multiple personalities attempting to gain control of your smooth brain, smoothbrain.

so while the federal officer inside a building a good distance away from Ashli Babbitt could use "stand your ground" - a guy being hit, struck or moved by a SUV on a snowy, icy road has no recourse.

that's some special olympic level contortion.

No, I said if he was hit by her SUV, he would’ve ended up on the ground 4,500lbs is 22.5 times more than 200lbs. Physics.

Wasn’t hit shot her from beside the car. Look at the bullet hole.

Flog is a poser, there can't be anyway he's this unhinged and still be a functional human being.
A human bot programmed to respond in an oppositional defiant way.

where were all the other armed Capitol Police that day? There is usually several at each entrance door. Why didn't they shoot others breaking in? If they were not at their station, why did they leave?

You're still going down this rat hole. The videos show he was in front of the car. The audio from his own phone lets you hear him get hit by the car. But by all means, continue making up your own reality.

Stand your ground says it does.

Ze is wrong again.

“Stand your ground” laws are state self-defense laws found in many U.S. states (like Florida or Texas) that allow a person to use deadly force without a duty to retreat when they reasonably believe it’s necessary to prevent imminent harm. They are state criminal laws governing private citizens’ use of force. They generally do not apply to federal law enforcement actions or to use of force by police officers acting within their duties. The Capitol Police officer involved was a federal law enforcement officer — not a private citizen — and operated in Washington, D.C., which does not have a stand-your-ground statute like most states do.

Dear God I love the entertainment you provide us. You speak of physics as if you know physics. You conveniently leave out speed. The PHYSICS equation for force is:
  • F = force (measured in newtons, N)
  • m = mass (in kilograms, kg)
  • a = acceleration (in meters per second squared, m/s²)
Question for you smooth brain: If one person is hit by a 4500lb SUV going 60mph and another person is hit by a 4500lb SUV going 2mph, is the force the same?

This answer should be epic.

Further...

No — a person hit by an SUV is not always knocked to the ground.

What happens depends on several factors:

1. Speed of the SUV
  • Low speed (e.g., parking lot): the person may stay standing or be pushed backward.
  • Higher speed: more likely to be knocked down, thrown onto the hood, or projected forward.
2. Point of impact
  • Legs first → often causes the person to rotate and fall.
  • Torso/upper body first → may push the person backward or onto the hood.
  • Side impact → may knock the person sideways or spin them.
3. Height and build of the person vs. vehicle
  • SUVs have higher bumpers and front ends, so impacts often hit higher on the body (hips/torso), which can push someone forward rather than immediately sweeping their legs out.
4. Braking and vehicle design
  • Hard braking can change the motion.
  • Modern SUV shapes can cause a person to be carried onto the hood or windshield instead of straight down.
5. Angle and whether the person was moving
  • Walking, running, or turning changes how momentum transfers.
In short:
People are often knocked down in SUV collisions, but not always. Some remain upright, some are pushed onto the hood, and some are thrown forward or sideways before falling if they fall.

WTF? I saw many being assaulted. Why they didn’t open fire I’ll never know.

No, it shows his feet clearly beside the car right before the first shot is fired.

How anti-second amendment and anti-police of you. You have a terrible double standard for the Capitol police and ICE.

😂 Dipshit, you get hit by 4,500lbs going even 2 mph, your *** is getting knocked off balance. What, you think you’re going to stonewall the SUV? Prove me wrong. Math is your kryptonite.

Nah, I've got a cousin and two friends who are just like him in real life.
Wondering if Flog's real name is Ed, Dan, or Larry.
