As you know, I hardly blindly defend everything he does (or has done). Some accusations against him are legit, some are not. I like to think critically, not just jump in and defend “my side”.

I have no doubt Trump has cheated many times, and maybe even with Stormy Daniels. It's gross and one of the reasons I don't like him but it's not a crime. Your side's hero was getting blowjobs from a 20 year old intern while his wife and teen daughter were in the same building.

Your “summary” isn’t accurate at all. I didn’t say he was incapable of anything, I just said it doesn’t seem likely that someone with a penchant for very young girls and access to them would rape 50 something E. Jean Carroll. Doesn’t fit the pedo profile. The numerous gaping holes in her story make it even less likely.
Plenty of people cheat and make crude comments about women. They aren’t all rapists. I have no doubt Trump aggressively pursued sex with women. He’s a pig. So was your side’s hero Bill Clinton. Also accused of SA by several people, your side never talks about it.
And your summary skipped the part where you said the White House under Biden couldn’t possibly release this info since it was in the DOJ, yet you’re harping on Trump for not releasing it. Which is it? Can presidents get DOJ records released or not? If they can why didn’t Biden? If they can’t how is Trump to blame for the failure to release them? If there’s stuff on Trump in there why has nobody leaked it, when clearly Trump was not well liked in the Biden DOJ?

Trump's not to blame for not releasing the Epstein files, AG Pam Bondi is, as was AG Merrick Garland before her.

Trump is to blame for lying through his teeth, suggesting at various times, depending on the day, that the files don't exist, that Obama/Clinton created them, that his supporters should forget about it and move on, that his name was nefariously *added* to it, back to, claiming there is no such thing. Now, why on earth would he do any of that?

Bill Clinton isn’t the current president.

Again, there are millions of criminal files. Why was Biden supposed to have the DOJ release the Epstein files specifically? It was Trump that threatened to weaponize them before he told us to forget about them and then said they were fabricated by Obama and Comey and they implicated Clinton and then had Maxwell moved to a lower security prison after meeting with her.

But none of this is very odd or suspicious, right?

I’ve already said a couple of times in this thread that the sudden flip flop by Trump is suspicious.
Some things are suspicious, some aren’t. When you’re a blind partisan everything against the opponents’s guy is suspicious. Everything against your guy isn’t. Critical thinking.

And how have those issues as a private citizen, if true, been detrimental to his job performance as president?
The truth is that they haven’t.
We didn’t elect a holy man, we elected someone who is doing exactly what he was elected to do, and that alone is why he’s worth defending.

This mindset of yours is that of those inflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
