I'll take RB Powell or retain Tate who is very similar to Powell but with better burst, Mccain, MoaTS, hARRISON, K.WILLIAMS, MAXWELL @ ALLEN
GONE
TROY CAM THOMAS MOORE

I can't believe Dallas have not wrapped up Murray and Bryant. They will certainly get PAID if they hit the street.

I would love to see the Steelers go after Gresham. Feel if he had a great QB like Ben his career would take off. I still think Heath has a little gas in the tank but Gresham would give them two really good options.

We went after him a few years ago and he signed with the Bengals. Heath is winding down and we need a better option other than Spaeth and the other TEs that I don't even remember their names.

True but this time he will be looking to move on. He knows the team is looking to make Eifert their guy and he probably is tired of Dalton as well. Based on his numbers, he should come somewhat cheap which falls in to the category of a typical Steelers FA signing.

I didn't mean I didn't want the Steelers to pursue him again. I just recalled he chose to go back to CIN when we were peaking around for his services once before. He would be a nice addition for Ben and the offense.

Gresham is a moron, a knucklehead. He has a penchant for personal fouls of the drive-killing variety, he drops balls at inopportune times. In short, he's a mental midget, I want no part of Gresham in black & gold

I actually wouldnt mind Charles Clay, he's going into his 5th yr and he looks to be blowing up, could work well for haley's brand of spread. At a proper price, of course

Suh. Let's get Suh. Boo yah.

I know, pipe dream.

I like Helu as a backup to Bell.

Ghost,

I agree... Helu would be a fantastic fit. Good all around back. High character kid... we would not have to worry about a repeat of last off-season. He is a good receiver. Pretty solid in all phases. Very fast and has elite change of direction. He does kinda remind me of Bell.

He would come at a reasonable price with little or no risk. He is still in his prime. As I remember... he is extremely fast... below 4.4 in 40.

He would be a great get, Ghost. If we were to get him, it would save us a draft pick.

.

I am thinking something like this:

RB- Draft round 1-2 Gurley, Gordon and Abdulla..round 2-4 Davis, Lankford, Cobb, Payne and Johnson

WR- I would like to see us draft Lockett or Lippett round 3-4 we are pretty set set here save the money and use on other positions of need

TE- Don't break the bank but I like Clay and Green, both can block and both are young, if not there are some nice options in the draft to devolop as well a guy like Walford has my attention.

OLB- HOUSTON, spend the Worilds money on this kid AND draft a guy or two in the draft to ad depth.

S- We need a guy who can get turnovers back here not sure if there is a guy in fa so I draft one here I kinda like Collins((bama) in the 1st or Harris(VT) later on.

CB- MAXWELL, I know we won't have enough money for both Maxwell and Houston but I want one of these guys, there are also so good options in the draft as well Williams, Johnson, Rollins, Shaw...might play S, White

I left out oline and DT but I think I would draft both spots or go after a low level guy there.

We are not a deep FA team but maybe something could change and we go after a top guy at one position, hey it's my dream, lol!

Justin Houston would be amazing for us. Suh would be perfect as well and could give us a perfect foundation to switch to a 4-3 defense.

Ugh. I hate it when fans start engaging in fantasies. What's next --- are we going to trade Fu and a 6th round draft pick for Richard Sherman?

Agreed. You can pretty much cross the top 5 of each position off the Steeler's list. Too expensive for our cap situation and based on our history of rarely signing top free agents.

I still want us to sign Orakpo. I don't think that's too much to ask

FA the best value at Corner/safety, OLB They need an impact free agent at one of those spots. They will never take the top, but maybe fifth. Then draft whatever spot(s) is left with your 1st/2nd round picks.

we would not have the money for Suh or Houston realistically our best options are retaining Worlids between 4.5-5.25 mill avg per year spread over a 4 or 5 yr deal, If Troy retires or takes a massive paycut to the min then we can target Maxwell at 6 mill a year. Add a few vets like DT Karl Klug, Moala, rather retain Will Johnson then Kuhn Clay would be perfect but might much more as he is a diverse Te/FB and can play both positions very well.
As for S Anter Rolle or Will Allen and draft a long term S in the 3rd rnd.

Injuries has me scared but talent has me interested as well.

and then add Graham, neither would break the bank IMO....

Problem is the Steelers lost three OLBers (potentially) best sign two free agents so they don't have to bank on Jarvis. Which I have little faith in. At such a critical position...

Brooks Reed could be a nice, young, cheap OLB option if Wolrlids wants big $$$. Moats could back him up, and you then draft and OLB in rd 2.
